What brought me to paint this scene was the way the reflection of the sky was framing the Lantern and its reflection. The Cormorant was there most of the time. Coming and going a lot. Swimming and then using the lantern as a roost to dry its wings.

Comes framed with ethically sourced Australian plantation solid Oak.
