This little ‘en plein air’ painting was the first painting from my 2024 Flinders Ranges trip. It was a cloudy morning but as I painted the clouds began to clear. A good sign for the days ahead. Seeing this landscape with fresh eye’s and no expectations. I just needed to begin.
